mico - I think our town would be much better served if the people in it would learn to work together instead of bashing each other every chance they get, shooting from the hip and thinking that their idea is the best and only way without discussion. A successful community takes unity not division in my opinion.

Perplexed - The problem with the city government in Eldora is that the loud minority show up for council meetings or are brought in by some of the government themselves they then speak over the quiet majority. Basically the disrespectful crawls out of the gutter while the decent citizens stay at home and don't know what is happening.

mico - I agree "perplexed", I think people need to come together and respectfully discuss and plan for a successful outcome as opposed to voicing their loud self-centered opinions with no intention of actually backing it up and never being satisfied with anyone's ideas or solutions. All I ever hear is people compaining about how every idea they hear will never work and it's rediculous to think that it would... Do people know how to actually develop a long range plan and come together to make it happen around here? Some do most don't it seems.
